Aeriform is designed for self-hosted teams. Your administrator controls where workspace data, uploaded models, and generated assets are stored.

Accounts, workspace membership, scene configuration, uploaded model files, covers, inquiries, and activity needed to operate the product are stored by the Aeriform administrator. Public scenes and community interactions are visible according to their published settings.
What we do not require
Aeriform does not require a hosted identity provider, advertising network, analytics service, or external asset CDN. Optional integrations are disabled unless an administrator configures them.
Your choices
Account owners can manage workspace members, export workspace content, and remove scenes or accounts through Studio. Contact your workspace administrator for retention, access, or deletion requests.
Security
Passwords are salted and hashed. Protected viewer passwords are not included in scene exports or workspace backups. Keep your self-hosted server, environment secrets, and backup files secure.
